As business owners, managers and entrepreneurs, we need to take a look at the idea of a compelling vision will motivate and inspire those around us. Articulating a compelling vision can be a true differentiator for organizations that want to hire and retain talent, be more competitive, and thrive in uncertain times.

But a compelling vision on its own is not enough. As leaders, we must do to effectively engage those around us with that vision: embody courage, forge clarity, build connectedness, and shape culture.
